      Amazing tech support experiences, however the software itself is very old and inconvenient to use. Tech support:5 software:1 Feedback revision: Got an immediate response from the support team with. Glad to see they care about their customers. Hopefully they’ll do some updates with the issues we discussed.

      I come from a Tech background myself and completely understand how frustrating and down right infuriating some of these tech issues can be. Zach and his team worked tirelessly throughout the whole day to make sure the issue was resolved. They all so did this with virtually no down time and always keeping me in the loop. Very impressive, should give Zach a raise for sure for being proactive and not giving up.

      Great Tech Support! We recently did a server swap. If you have ever done this, you know that updating the network can prove to be somewhat difficult. It took us about 3 days and a few calls with PawnMaster to get things going without any glitches. The techs we worked with responded to our requests in a timely manner and were very pleasant.       Data Age customer service is always helpful. Every time we call them they call back same day and help us with out issues. Zachary Czarnecki helped us out today troubleshoot some issues due to a windows update and we are up and running again. 100% would recommend them to anyone and everyone who asks

      Tech support is great, never had an issue that they couldn’t fix! As for the rest?...Good pawn software but I was promised the ignite upgrade by October of 2016....still waiting. Hence the 1 star rating; a lack of accountability on their end leads invariably to a lack of confidence on my end. Again, tech support is always great. But I don’t trust the sales or management team to follow through on their promises. Ever. Update!!!..... 3/4/2020 had another exchange with tech support...perfect as usual. Seriously, the tech support team has never let me down. Love those folks. Also, apparently the CEO saw my earlier review and wanted to talk to me about it. Haven’t heard from him though. And, you guessed it, still no ignite.

He was super nice respectful an even though it was a rather stressful situation he was able to make me laugh as he quickly resolved all of our issues. Can’t stress enough Josh is the man!       Tech Staff at Data Age are the greatest. Always prompt at addressing problems, and usually have you back up and running in minutes. Less than 30 seconds from online chat, to text, to a Tech calling to address my issue, and about 3-4 minutes until back up to speed. Best customer support anywhere!

      Our business started using the Pawn Master program 2 years ago and we couldn’t be any happier! The program itself is well thought out and easy to use, but the biggest surprise has been tech support. The few times we have needed them the response has been almost immediate and and issues are fixed within a few minutes! They are AWESOME!!! Would highly recommend this company to anyone

      My printer went down in the middle of a very busy day. I had several customers in the store and wasn't able to get them their receipts properly. I called data age and they promptly called me back and helped me through the issue on all 3 of computers. My agent was extremely knowledgeable, he was able to answer every question I had and was even able to walk me through the process on one of my computers when we couldn't connect over the internet. 5 stars all the way! Keep up the great work!

      Experiences may vary from pawn shop to pawn shop, but as for the company, Data Age itself? It's an 11 out of 10 in terms of management and leadership. Many CEOs of various companies are just faces that you see or hear about, but for Data Age? No, not at all here. Len is in the trenches with his employees day in and day out, his phone is almost always ringing ready to take a call from a customer of his to help them out. All aspects of management are hands-on as well, ready to help the customers they deal with at a moment's notice. There isn't a single insincere or disingenuous person in a leadership position here. If you ever have a problem, let them know. They will get you sorted. Thank you for everything, Data Age!

      Best business decision I have ever made! Staff is knowledgeable and efficient. Technical terms are explained in a manner that you can understand. They even make a point of using your name when speaking to you and follow up with an email ( that is seen by other staff) to be sure your problem was handled satisfactorily.       I wish there were more stars because after 12 years I have received a level of service that has gone above and beyond my expectation. Not only has this company provided me an all inclusive software, but they are always thinking about the future in ways that will benefit my business.       We have been using Pawnmaster for almost 20 years now. They are top notch! Customer service - superb!!!!! Any time I have an issue, it is immediately taken care of with no down time at all. Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and always available. Len, the CEO, goes out of his way to make sure that all of our needs are being met. Also, visited the facility a few times for training. Clean, spacious, and very professional. Finally their software, very easy to use, easy to train new hires to use it, has everything that I can possibly need and more - our customers being able to pay online, integration with quickbooks, reports, gun logs, the list goes on. I'm am definitely a fan! Thank you Data Age for everything!!!!

      We have been a customer of Pawn Master / Data Age since 2013 and we love the software and service they provide. Since we started using Pawn master, we found it helped grow our business and more importantly made our business more profitable. Over time we have added many features that make my business better. We use text message reminders for customers which the customers appreciate and has helped increase pawn service payments. We use digi shield for data backup which gives use piece of mind. We use other features like scanners and labels which streamlines the pawning process and makes transactions smooth and quick. They have also helped with ensuring that we comply with the heavy regulations that are imposed on our industry. Our sales rep Jessica does a wonderful job of listening to our needs and offering the appropriate solutions. On the rare occasion in which we have trouble, the tech support team is amazing. They are fast, effective and reliable. The software itself is a work horse. It is built to keep things simple, professional and reliable. Thanks everyone, keep up the great work.
