If on-site training is not for you, PawnMaster has several other software training options for you to choose from. Below are the four available options:
Data Age University
Spend a day (or as long as you need to) at Data Age University in sunny Clearwater, Florida. This options is ideal for shops just opening up, or existing shops going from handwriting loans to automation. Our Data Age trainer will spend each day demonstrating and training you on how to use every aspect of PawnMaster. You will have hands-on instruction with all of the equipment we offer, and best of all, enjoy all of the wonderful amenities of Tampa Bay.
On-Site Training
If traveling to Florida isn’t an option but thorough training is desired, Data Age can come to you! A Data Age product expert can travel to your shop and train you on your equipment in your environment. This option works well for locations who are switching over to PawnMaster from competitive systems.
Live Online Sessions
A Data Age trainer will make a remote connection to your computer to provide training and answer questions over the phone. We find this option works best for shops who are looking to train new employees on the system. New PawnMaster accounts may include an hour of remote training, and additional remote training can be purchased if needed.
On-Demand Tutorials*
Every PawnMaster account includes free, unlimited access to our online tutorial video library covering many of the topics needed to understand PawnMaster. These on-demand videos can be accessed anytime, from anywhere. Check them out to learn something new, or just improve your knowledge of PawnMaster!
